Found pet

Hello, I found this ginger domestic long-hair in Mirdif area. Very friendly and keeps trying to enter my home, so I assume it's a lost/escaped house cat. It has an infection in the right eye and sneezes but otherwise seems fine, meows a lot. I gave it eye drops and some food but thats about as much as I can do for it. If anyone has any information on the owners or is interested in housing this cat, let me know. If there's anything I can do like take it to a shelter that will take it, also let me know. Thank you all. Update: All vets and pet shops are currently closed, but I gave it water and there's plenty of shade for it to sleep in until tomorrow morning where I will take it to get its microchip scanned. All the advice in the comments and bumps are appreciated. Will keep updated.
